At Kronbergs Flags and Flagpoles, we take pride in our quality craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flag or hardware does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition and packaging; please note that custom-made flags and installed flagpoles are generally non-returnable.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address for our warehouse.
Package Securely
Carefully pack your items and clearly include your RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent delays in processing your return.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
